Troubleshooting Sign-In Issues with System Account Options

Greetings everyone, I am experiencing difficulties accessing the System, Accounts, and Sign In options. Whenever I attempt to open them, a window pops up with a spinning blue circle. I am seeking assistance to understand and resolve this issue. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Check Network Connectivity

Ensure the device is connected to the internet.
Test other websites or services to confirm that the network is active.

2. Verify System Account Credentials

Double-check the username and password being used.
Ensure there are no typos or case sensitivity issues.

3. Check Account Status

Confirm that the system account is still active and not locked or disabled.
Check if there are any policies in place that might have led to the account being locked (e.g., multiple failed login attempts).

4. Review Permissions and Settings

Confirm that the system account has the necessary permissions for the resources being accessed.
Check group policies or account restrictions that might be impacting sign-in.
Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot and run the built-in troubleshooter. This can help identify and fix many common issues.
