Stop Code Blue Screen so sudden visible on a new machine on Windows 10 but why?

Just recently few minutes ago on the same laptop machine I got an error a blue screen on my laptop Windows 10

Says following "your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. we're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you"

My all work and program closed so sudden and couldn't save and lost 3 hours of work.

My SSD is new as well it is replace 1 month ago.

System OS is properly updated Windows 10.

What should I do avoid such errors as it seems dangerous to me, I afraid if system fails.

Any tips to check this error and find out what exactly was the problem?

Thanks in advance for help and valuable suggestions.

To troubleshoot the issue, you can try the following steps:

    - Check for any recent hardware or software changes that may have triggered the blue screen.
    - Update drivers and firmware for all hardware components, including the motherboard, graphics card, and network adapter.
    - Run hardware diagnostics to check for any hardware issues.
    - Monitor system temperatures to ensure that the machine is not overheating.
    - Check for any Windows updates or patches that may address known issues.
    - If the problem persists, consider contacting the manufacturer's support or a professional technician for further assistance.
