RAM showing less than installed...

Hello. I am Advait.

I had recently encountered a problem of "ProfSvc failed the sign in" and having no other option. I reset my laptop with keeping my files. But after the reset my laptop was running extreamly slow. So I went in system properties in settings and there I saw that my RAM is only 2GB, but the actual installed RAM is 6GB. I also tried to put a page file on my 20GB SSD but still it's pretty slow.

Please help me out.
