Mouse Constantly Scrolls
Hi All,
I am having a nightmare with Window 10. Whenever I open file manager or any Microsoft product, if it has a scroll bar attached it scrolls to the bottom of the window, and then keeps scrolling so I can't get to the top.
I have turned off automatic scolling. I have tried another mouse. I have updated the mouse drivers, I have checked that it is not Scroll Lock.
Has anybody any ideas what it could be????

- Hi All,
After a lot of searching on the web I found a thread that had the same issue. They suggested a hard re-boot i.e. pulling out the power cable. Being an IT man I thought what a stupid idea. However, I gave it a try. Guess what. It worked. It makes no sense at all but it worked.- Thank you for sharing, this is weird.
Sometimes this is due to internal electricity in the device but such issues happens less likely.
