Microsoft Store unable to install apps and high CPU ussage

I have some problems on my computer, and I think that they are related:

1. The Store is unable to install apps

2. The is one Windows process (AppX Deployment service) that has a high CPU usage - as a consequence, the fan is always on

3. The computer is unable to hibernate and go into standby

The computer is a Lenovo 720, with the 8. generation i5, and the problem has shown up after a firmware update from Lenovo, the firmware update included a BIOS update that immediately caused a BSOD (Inaccessable_Boot_Device) which is solved now.

Does anyone have ideas how to solve the problem? Would it be an idea to reset the Store in Settings? And what happens to the Store apps I am using when Store is reset?

I found out that resetting the Store from the Settings App solved the high CPU usage from the AppX deployment Service process (the CPU usage dropped from 20 % to 1-2% immediately)  and apps install again.
