I don't understand this
I don't know how but this turbo VPN not going anywhere! How to get rid. Of this ? In the network and connection side

Open Windows Settings, navigate to => Network & Internet => VPN
delete that connection.
again, in Windows Settings => Apps
search for the VPN app name and uninstall it
