How to skip welcome screen

Hi MS guru, I have been working several days on how to skip the welcome screen each time starting the windows 10 system. By trying almost all the methods I can search online, like gpedit.msc, netplwiz settings, local account etc, I unfortunately still get no luck. 

What I have got is hide the background image in the welcome screen but the account/name and a spin underneath is still there.  

Please help.

Hi, which version of Window 10 is the problem occurring in?
that welcome message shows up briefly as part of the normal procedure after the user enters the username and password. is it taking longer than usual for you?
