File Explorer unresponsive, leading to a crash and returning to the desktop

I have been facing an issue with my file explorer (FE) while using Win 23H2 and experiencing some unusual behavior lately. During file transfers or copying tasks, one of the FE windows becomes unresponsive, locking that particular window after around 30 minutes of operation. Interestingly, I can continue working with the other open FE windows by accessing files on different drives with no issues. However, if I try to interact with the unresponsive window, all open windows briefly turn white on my screen. Once the desktop returns, all three FE windows have closed, but other programs remain unaffected. To get back to work, I have to reopen FE and start over until the problem recurs. Fortunately, I have not lost any files due to this issue. Additionally, I have noticed a continuous search icon on my search windows until I navigate back one folder. I am unsure if these are new glitches in Windows or if there is something I am overlooking.
