Error Code 0x8000x4005 HELP?

Simply just trying to delete files of a software I no longer want on my Labtop..... and here we are again with another issue. Ive tryd YouTube and googling it of course but then I start seeing comments saying " I had to end up resetting my whole pc " or "  I have more issues with my pc now then I did before "...... I need help thanks.

    Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog >Type appwiz.cpl and hit Enter. This will open the Programs and Features window >Look for the software you want to uninstall, right-click on it, and choose Uninstall >Follow the prompts to uninstall it.

    Microsoft released a security update to address vulnerabilities in Adobe Player in Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge. We suggest you install updates immediately by going to Update & security on your PC. Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & security > Check for updates.
