ERROR: Cfile::Open Open the "mapping network driver" file of the "shared file" win10 notebook

MFC Cfile::Open Open the "mapping network driver" file of the "shared file" win10 notebook GetLastError 3, Win10 desktop and win7 are normal.

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Microsoft -> Windows -> CurrentVersion -> Policies -> System -> EnableLinkedConnections -> 1
