Cannot reset Windows
Hi I’m using Windows 10 Home, version 10.0.15063, build 15063.
I am trying to reset my computer (just because I want a fresh start) and when I try to do so I get the error “Could not find the recovery environment”.
Any ideas of how to get around this? I’ve tried making a recovery environment on a USB and booting from it but it still won’t reset. Any help would be appreciated.
