I would also suggest you to run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter to troubleshoot the device:

    a. Type “Troubleshooting” in the search box without quotes and click on Troubleshooting.

    c. In the new window, click View all on the left pane.

    d. In the list of options, click on Hardware and devices.

    e. Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.

Check if Bluetooth is Enabled on Your Device:

Windows: Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices, and make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
    2. Restart Your Device:
Simply restarting your device can resolve many issues, including Bluetooth problems.
    3. Check Airplane Mode:
Ensure that Airplane Mode is not enabled, as it can disable Bluetooth.
    4. Update Bluetooth Drivers or System:
Windows: Go to Device Manager, find Bluetooth, right-click and choose "Update driver."

    Preferences > Software Update).
    5. Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter (Windows):
Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
Click on "Additional troubleshooters" and select "Bluetooth" to run the troubleshooter.
    6. Remove Bluetooth Devices:
If you have previously connected devices, try removing them and see if that resolves the issue.

Restart Bluetooth Services: Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter. In the Services window, find "Bluetooth Support Service," right-click it, and select "Restart." Ensure that its startup type is set to "Automatic."

Restart your computer and enter the BIOS/UEFI settings (usually by pressing F2, Delete, or Esc during startup). Look for Bluetooth settings to ensure that Bluetooth is enabled.

One simple trick is to update the Bluetooth device driver on Windows 10.

Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager. Expand the Bluetooth section. Look for any devices with a yellow exclamation mark, indicating a problem with the driver. Right-click your Bluetooth device and select Update driver. Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
