April Patch Tuesday ignored by Windows Update
Hi, I have Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC Version 1809 Build 17763.4131 which up to March has correctly installed the Patch Tuesday updates, but not the latest one for April which is ignored instead.
The problem is that even when I perform a manual search for updates, I am told that they are all correctly installed without showing any error.
Performing the following operation does not detect any problem:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
DISM /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup.
sfc /scannow
chkdsk/f C:
Windows Update Troubleshooter indicates:
IsPostback_RC_PendingUpdates IsPostback: False
Service Status: Problem with BITS service: Requested service already started. System.Management.Automation.RemoteException Further.
Any suggestions ?

- GlSisCopper ContributorThank you for your reply.
When you say that many or all have the same problem, are you referring to those who installed the same version of my os ?
Should I wait for a solution from MS or proceed with a reset of the Windows Update components ?- abbodi1406Steel ContributorNo need to reset it, it's issue with detection metadata, only MS can fix
