Viva Engage access issue
Hi.
Some of users in my organization have problem with logging into Viva Engage. After openning Viva Eng. site they gey communiacte:
"You don't have access to Viva Engage. You don't have license to access Viva Engage.".
The Viva Engage license is on (in the Office 365 E1), and day before issue, Viva was working properly.
We tried to log out form MS365 services, clear browsers cache and the problem still exists.
Anyone knows what to do?
