Viva Engage access issue

Some of users in my organization have problem with logging into Viva Engage. After openning Viva Eng. site they gey communiacte:

"You don't have access to Viva Engage. You don't have license to access Viva Engage.".

The Viva Engage license is on (in the Office 365 E1), and day before issue, Viva was working properly.

We tried to log out form MS365 services, clear browsers cache and the problem still exists.

Anyone knows what to do?

We are having the same issue...just 2 known issues thus far. I myself am seeing this and am on New Teams. Trying to understand if this is an outage?
If you remove and add again Yammer and Viva Engage Core license to the user, it will help. But i hope this is not te official solution.

Current status: We've recalculated the license status for the majority of affected users. We're working to verify the number of remaining license status requests so we can continue recalculating the license status to fully resolve impact. We'll provide an estimate for completion of the aforementioned recalculation process by our next scheduled update should one become available.

Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event, and some users attempting to access the Viva Engage service are impacted.

Root cause: A recent migration operation resulted in an error that caused the service to identify some actively licensed users as unlicensed, leading to impact.
