Viva Engage access issue

We are having the same issue...just 2 known issues thus far. I myself am seeing this and am on New Teams. Trying to understand if this is an outage?
- If you remove and add again Yammer and Viva Engage Core license to the user, it will help. But i hope this is not te official solution.
