Teams Webinar Can't edit internal presenter bio
Trying to set up a new webinar but I'm not able to edit the bio of an internal presenter. I'm organizer and presenter but I can't edit the bio because the save button is greyed out.
I have already tried it with Teams for Windows, Teams for Mac and also in the browser. The same result everywhere, the button is greyed out. In contrast, I can edit and save the theming. Duplicating an older webinar (where the correct bio is already included) cannot be saved either. Error message "Something went wrong, and we need to try again."
I think this is a "new" Teams related issue but I'm not sure. Any idea.
Thomas
I have an answer from Microsoft:
Thank you for your email reply. I have established an internal investigation regarding the issue and I would like to inform you that the issue is affecting other users as well and the root cause is a Bug. A code fix is being developed internally and will be fully deployed by the end of May. I would propose to archive the ticket temporarily until we have an active update of the matter.
I hope the information is helpful for you.
Cheers,
Thomas

Thomas Krampe It's June now and this issue still happens to me T^T

Phuong_Thao97 No, the error has been fixed, at least in my tenant. Have you tried creating a new webinar or changing an old one?
- Natalie_ProvostCopper ContributorI am experiencing the exact same problem today.
- MarkHannaCopper Contributorsame here for me, i'm getting multiple users complaining that they can't update the presenter bio. however I can as admin.
- Thomas KrampeBrass Contributor
MarkHanna I have assigned myself the Teams Administrator and then also the Global Administrator role. Unfortunately it doesn't change anything, I can't save it as a Global Admin either.

Thomas Krampe same for me too. Cannot edit and then save the presenter bio info as the save button is greyed out :-(. Would appreciate it if you could please share any updates you receive / if you find out how to resolve the issue, thank you so much.

Jo_Windel_ I have opened a case with MS, Tracking ID 2405161420001105. Maybe you will also open a case with reference to my Tracking ID. But as soon as I get a working solution, I will post it here.
