Teams Webinar Can't edit internal presenter bio
- May 20, 2024
I have an answer from Microsoft:
Thank you for your email reply. I have established an internal investigation regarding the issue and I would like to inform you that the issue is affecting other users as well and the root cause is a Bug. A code fix is being developed internally and will be fully deployed by the end of May. I would propose to archive the ticket temporarily until we have an active update of the matter.
I hope the information is helpful for you.
Cheers,
Thomas
Thomas Krampe It's June now and this issue still happens to me T^T
Phuong_Thao97 No, the error has been fixed, at least in my tenant. Have you tried creating a new webinar or changing an old one?
- Jo_Windel_Jun 07, 2024Copper ContributorHi Thomas, it seems to work for me too.
Whilst we were waiting for the bug to be fixed, a few of us in our team did upgrade to a Premium licence. I wonder if you have to have that, rather than a standard licence. So for others that experience / are experiencing an issue still, are they on the right Teams licence?- Thomas KrampeJun 07, 2024Brass Contributor
Jo_Windel_Teams Premium is required for most Webinar features afaik. So yes, maybe that's the problem.
- Phuong_Thao97Jun 07, 2024Copper ContributorI'm creating a new one. And at any time I add Presenters and Co-organizers, it still shows the message "Unable to save changes. Let's try again."

Phuong_Thao97 That looks like a different problem to me. I would open a support case with Microsoft. Btw. do you have the appropriate permissions (Teams Admin, Global Admin etc.)?
