Q&A App - There was a problem reaching this app
Hi All,
Tried to add the Q&A App to a meeting / webinar.
"There was a problem reaching this app"
Tried to:
- Desktop app and Web App
- Disable Previews Modes
- Tried clearing cache
- Tried uninstalling/reinstalling Teams
Same Happens.
Am I correct to assume that the Q&A app does not work if YAMMER is disabled?

While it is not required to have deployed Yammer, you do need to ensure it is not being blocked. See the docs here -> Administering the Q&A app overview (microsoft.com)

It is probably outdated anyways because Q&A App was removed from Teams App Store in August 2022.
It is now January 2023, I am running my first test Webinar, but when I click on Q&A I get the same error: "There was a problem reaching this app"
We are not using Yammer, but I don't think it's blocked (I see Yammer for Academic is included).
Can you please advise how to fix this?- BryanNyce

Q&A is no longer added as an app, it is simply enabled through the meeting options. Seem Q&A in Teams meetings - Microsoft Support.

As a employee in a company not using Yammer how I can use Q&A in Teams?
