How to see who is already in a meeting
Is there a way to see who is already in a teams meeting before I join? For example,I have a meeting scheduled for 10:30, but I am 5 minutes late. Can I see a list of active participants before I click the join button, or do I have to just join first and see who is there?356KViews1like8Commentsadjust volume for individual callers in a meeting
I was just wondering if there was an option that I had missed that allows me to change the volume of individual participants in a meeting. I regularly have meetings where some people are really loud, but some are almost inaudible. The only way round this is to turn up the master volume in teams, so I can hear the quiet ones, but this has the affect of making the loud ones even louder, which in turn leads to echo's and so forth for everyone else.. If there was a way to adjust the volume of individual callers it would be ideal (or if this could be done automatically to make everyone the same volume, even better).Solved73KViews8likes18CommentsRe: How to see who is already in a meeting
I have found a way to do this (but isn't perfect). If it is a recurring meeting, and there are items in "chat", you can see the meeting in your chat list. If you click on here after the meeting has started (but before you join), then you can see the icons at the top of the screen (next to the join button button) of who is already in the meeting. It does of course of rely on the two criteria above being met first.353KViews7likes3CommentsRe: One meeting, everyone joins, apart from one, who person, who joins a meeting on their own!!
Emily KirbyAs far as I know everyone joins the meeting the same way I do. Open the calendar in Teams, click on the meeting, click Join. It's also a recurring meeting, which was fine previously, and has been fine since.1.5KViews0likes0CommentsOne meeting, everyone joins, apart from one, who person, who joins a meeting on their own!!
The strangest thing happened (twice now). We had a meeting scheduled, at the allotted time everyone joined the meeting like normal, except one person. That one person gets no notification that the meeting has been been started. When selecting it from their calendar, no-one is listed as having joined the meeting. If they themselves click join, they end up in a meeting all on their own. And all the while everyone else is in the meeting as per normal, wondering where this last person is. Restarting Teams makes no difference. This has happened twice now, once to me, and once to another member of my team, different meetings on different days with different people. Is this a Bug / feature / something else? Either way it's a pain, and it's disruptive.Solved1.8KViews0likes2Comments
