Approvals in Power Automate
Hey all, I'm trying to create in flow in Power Automate that has users fill out a Form and then send approval requests to managers. The problem with the flow I have created is that when the manager gets the approval request, none of the data from the Form is displayed. I played around with putting the information in the "Details" of the Approval, but it doesn't display nicely in the email and all my formatting attempts have failed. Is there any way to neatly display the information from the Form, and included it in the approval email (either directly in the email or as an attachment)? Megan_V_Walker would you be able to help with the following? I have two forms set up and have created the initial flow in power automate, but I cant quite figure out the next steps. Here's what I have: Step 1 - Trigger: New submission in Form A1 Step 2 - Action: Get response details from Form A1 Step 3 - Action: Send an email to the second person in the process to notify them of the new submission. At step 3, I cant figure out how to: (1) Display the data from Form A1 for the second user to review (2) Send the second user to Form A2 to complete the second part of the form Sorry if this is an easy question, this is my first time using Forms and Power Automate!
