Some additional info that might help others. You may need to stop more than the Nahimic service if the library causing the issue is being loaded by another service. In my case, I have an Alienware headset that was causing the issue. To resolve it, I needed to stop the AWHeadet service. You can get a hint to what the service might be by looking at where the BlackApps.dat file is located. For Alienware it was under: C:\ProgramData\AWHeadset\DellInc.AlienwareSoundCenter\Modules\ScheduledModules\Configurator Changes to the BlackApps.dat file might be reverted each time the program using the file is updated. In the case of the Alienware headset this was each time the service started so stopping and disabling the service was the only way to resolve it.6.2KViews0likes0CommentsRe: New Teams - Video freezing
Edit: This worked once for me then the issue returned What fixed it for me: Reset new Teams via Apps -> Installed Apps -> Teams -> Advanced Options Uninstall both classic Teams and new Teams (and the Teams Office add-in) Delete the Teams folder from %AppData% Perform a clean install of the latest NVidia drivers Note that if you are downloading the Teams client from the website, you'll receive the x86 version which won't provide the Outlook plugin if you are using the x64 version of Office. Michael Rennie Deleted did you ever get a solution for this? I have the same issue with my account and the only one in our organisation as far as I've been able to determine. Changing my AAD password as Dennis-Scherrer suggested unfortunately didn't work.6.9KViews1like2Comments
