Using the Share Point syncing tool to your desktop
Hi, Hope you can help please? When I was moving folders/files over to the share point in the cloud and had all my pc's already running the syncing tool this work OK as it wasn't syncing all in one go. But now the problem is I have set up a new person and now syncing from Share Point down to there pc. Its been running nearly 24 hours? Hi, Hope someone can help me please? We are mostly using Office 2013 on our pc's and I have just currently created a share point on line for all our company data, Here is the problem, All I want it to do is when one person opens a file then someone else cannot. Just like it was when I had the files on my own data file server. Can this only be done on Office 2016???? Its just it will let 2 people open it and save it and then I get 2 versions and you do not know which one is up to date. Or they both can be. Hope someone can assist me. BR Ian1KViews0likes2Comments
