Re: problems with non-profit verification
weslowsk, I understand this situation can be frustrating; however, I recommend reaching out to Nonprofit Support again from here: Nonprofit - Contact Us. Your submission will be route to the correct support team who can assist you with the process to verify your nonprofit. After typing your issue in the "How can we help?" text box on that page, scroll past the self-help options and select "Get more help." On the form, for the I am a... drop-down, select "Current nonprofit customer" and for the What can we help you with? drop-down, select "Eligibility." Hope that helps. Jimmy-CCC, If you haven't already, I recommend you go here Nonprofit - Contact Us and check out the Nonprofit Offers Guide and check your nonprofit's eligibility so you can work with support to find the right product/licenses for your organization once eligibility is confirmed. They will also inform you what grants and discounts your organization may be eligible for. Additionally, here's a helpful page to peruse: Nonprofit FAQ | Microsoft Nonprofits If at any time you have questions not answered on the pages I linked above, type a question in the "How can we help?" text box on the Contact Us page, click on the Get Help button and then fill out the form. Once submitted your question will be routed to the Nonprofit Support team. Thanks,559Views1like1CommentRe: Dynamic 365 for nonprofit.

Buyantotokh, Apologies, it looks like your initial response was auto-marked as spam. Thanks for providing the error message you're receiving. Have you reached out to support yet to create a case? If not, you will need to do that first and work with a support representative: Nonprofit - Contact Us Thank you,1.3KViews0likes9CommentsRe: Copilot nonprofit grant proposal/request/suggestion
DerekPapworth_me, I'm so glad you got the chance to attend the Microsoft 365 Community Conference and that you have a better understanding of the value Copilot for Microsoft 365 can provide. After discussing this with the product team, while there aren't any discounts or grants available for nonprofits on Copilot for Microsoft 365, they believe there is a lot of value that nonprofits can realize with the product as it is. Additionally, Microsoft Copilot is provided for free with existing Microsoft 365 offers (including nonprofit donation offers). Microsoft Copilot is a great introduction into the power of Generational AI and can streamline operations and workflows for nonprofits. For more information on what Microsoft Copilot can do, please visit Microsoft Copilot | Microsoft AI. Thank you,1.1KViews0likes2CommentsRe: Not able to install Volunteer Engagement
