Sadly none of these worked. This issue has been around for years and can't understand why it hasn't been solved. I have read some old posts about this but can't find the solution or workaround. I use a windows laptop with windows 11 - up to date firmware and drivers. I am a crafter and save all the designs on onedrive, the majority come with a transparent background for building up designs. when i'm looking at the images in the software packages I use eg. affinity designer, design space, gimp, inkscape, infanview, they have black backgrounds but when opened they have a transparent background. I also have the same when viewing files using windows explorer. I've tried all the "fixes" that I've seen online but nothing has worked. Please can someone save my sanity and point me in the right direction.39KViews0likes9Comments
