I have lots of cases on this in my organization,On various MacOS versions, all with the same issue. Also an ongoing case with Microsoft Support - With no special suggestions from their end as of now. In the last couple weeks, we are facing issues with mail synchronization while using the new outlook’s view in Mac. From what I’ve observed, once we are changing the outlook’s view back to its old version like the following from the outlook client : (Help -> Revert to Legacy Outlook). Outlook is starting to work fine once again, and all the issues it had until this moment are getting solved.
