Hi @abhinavaradhya, I'm sorry to hear about your login issue. It appears from the screen shot that this is an overall MS account issue and not related to Pearson. 

Unfortunately, we do not have the expertise to determine why a particular MS account cannot be accessed. I would recommend reaching out https://support.microsoft.com/ to get further details.

This is probably because they are trying to sign in with their work account which is not supported for certifications.
