I'm unable to view the certification information on my Microsoft account which is there on my Certiport account. May be it is not merged yet. I gave and passed the exam on 7th November 2023.

In this instance you will want to contact Microsoft Support. Found here: https://aka.ms/ILTSupport
There is a category where you can select certifications and accounts. They should be able to help you see what is going on with the merge process and mitigate the issue.
Please let me know if this doesn't work, and we will look for some other options.
