Open Book option for certification exams

Hello.

I am looking for a list of the exams that have the open book option in Learn available.  Specifically, I am interested if the MS-700 exam has this option.

Can anyone provide a list of the exams which allow the open book option or confirmation that the MS-700 exam has that option available?
