*Important* Microsoft 365 Tenant Issue


We’ve recently uncovered a Microsoft 365 tenant service issue that’s impacting many of the labs for multiple courses. Unfortunately, during this time, we will not be able to deliver labs. We’re working diligently across many key teams to resolve these issues. We appreciate your patience and will share further details here and on the Wednesday community call as we continue to investigate.

@DanDonohue can you let us know wjat the issue is so we can plan a workaround.

Update - the team has identified the root cause of the issue and a change will go into effect within 12 hours of this post. This will resolve what was identified as a Directory Synchronization problem which afflicted the tenants for the courses listed above. Partners and Learners should no longer experience blockers related to those courses. Please let us know if you continue to experience any issues.
