Teams app store publishing process

Posting this again because I didn't receive any response on my other post for the past 3 days.

I am trying to publish a Teams application to Teams tore, but I cannot manage to do it following the official guide Overview - Publish your app to the Microsoft Teams store - Teams | Microsoft Learn

There's a second guide in the 4th step: Submit your app through Partner Center

The following screenshot is from the second guide

In my own marketplace this Office store tab does not exist and the Office add-in offer neither.

So how do I proceed with the publishing?
