hi teams keeps coming up with this message 

Someone has already set up Teams for your organization

Ask your admin to get you started with Teams, or set up another org in Teams using a different email address.

Use a different email

no one in our company is using teams or has any knowledge who the admin person is.

can anyone help with this?

Can you please share what are the steps you have followed for registration.

@Laura165 It look like,  The Account which you are trying to set up its been taken by someone. I mean, The name which you are using to set up account its already been taken. Request you to try with another name to register.

@NadirRiyani Probably someone else might have the account with same name and that is the reason it is not allowing you to create account. you need to try with some other mail id.
