Laura165 It look like, The Account which you are trying to set up its been taken by someone. I mean, The name which you are using to set up account its already been taken. Request you to try with another name to register.
NadirRiyani Probably someone else might have the account with same name and that is the reason it is not allowing you to create account. you need to try with some other mail id.
