I have noticed recently on several booking calendars that customer information is not saving properly. We have Name, Address, Phone Number, and several custom fields marked as required in the booking. The customers are completing all of the fields, and I can see those fields in the calendar in the booking. The customer record is only capturing email address and phone number. There is no name or address. I also thought at one point, the custom fields were being attached to the customer record, and that it no longer happening.34Views0likes0CommentsBookings not showing Customer info in Calendar Event Title and in Outlook Calendar
We have set up a bookings page under a shared inbox. When someone books a service, the calendar event is given the name of that service and nothing else. This has lead to confusion since we have multiple events with the same name. Ideally, there would be something unique in the calendar event name, like the Customer's name or the Customer's company name. From reading through this forum it seems like this is something Bookings used to do? Is there some setting I'm just not seeing? Additionally, we cannot see the Customer's details when looking at the event in Outlook calendar. Like I mentioned, we are using a shared inbox email address so we have just all added that user's calendar to our views. The only way to see what Customer booked with us is by logging into the Bookings app. Is there a work around for this?700Views3likes1CommentNotify the latest cancellation time in the confirmations
Could it be possible to add to the default confirmation notification page, and confirmation email: "Latest cancellation time". e.g. If: 1. The minimum lead time is 24 hours. 2. The customer books a service for Thursday 5th January 14:00. That the confirmation page and email would contain a minor notice like "The last possible cancellation time is Wednesday 4th January 14:00".802Views0likes2Comments
