Whiteboard doesn't work on Surface Hub 3

Hi,
 
We have received the OPS for Hub 3, and we have configured it correctly with a Microsoft Teams Room Pro license. However, Whiteboard is not functioning properly. When you access it, it attempts to run but after a minute, it displays "Call ended." The execution isn't working.
 
Is it possible that we are doing something wrong? Everything seems to be in order, and we do not understand the issue.

It works correctly from a call, but it's impossible to execute it from the main menu.

@cezarcretu hi we are facing the same issue, during the Teams meeting whiteboard is working but when we open whiteboard directly which is on the dashboard of MTR, its not working.

 

please help with the solution

Same issue on my Surface Hub 3 and Surface Hub 2S (MTR version) too.

Don't know how to fix it

We are facing the same issue.

Maybe it's because the M365 tenant is hosted in Germany...
