Whiteboard doesn't work on Surface Hub 3

Question

Hi,&nbsp;We have received the OPS for Hub 3, and we have configured it correctly with a Microsoft Teams Room Pro license. However,&nbsp;Whiteboard&nbsp;is not functioning properly. When you access it, it attempts to run but after a minute, it displays "Call ended." The execution isn't working.&nbsp;Is it possible that we are doing something wrong? Everything seems to be in order, and we do not understand the issue.It works correctly from a call, but it's impossible to execute it from the main menu.Thanks!

cezarcretu&nbsp;hi we are facing the same issue, during the Teams meeting whiteboard is working but when we open whiteboard directly which is on the dashboard of MTR, its not working.&nbsp;please help with the solution&nbsp;
