We have lost the local admin password for our Hub 2S.
The best solution seems to be resetting from a USB stick, but the Hub won't open from it. I press and hold the 'volume down' button (as instructed), but the device doesn't seem to notice and boots as normal.
Except that it reports two 'PXE' errors along the way. But we don't use PXE.
Any ideas how to get it to notice that I'm pressing the volume key? Or how to reset the admin password another way?

Turn off the device:
2 and 3 is very important and I missed it quite some times. Another way is to wipe the device from Intune. Did you enrol the device into Intune?
