Dead Pixel
Will Microsoft replace or repair the screen of the Surface Hub for a 1 dead pixel?

- If you have Complete for Business then yes, you can ask them to replace (as it covers accidental damage for up to the value of the Hub). But given that this would be a fully device replacement (the screen alone cannot be repaired/replaced) then that would end the warranty on the device.
If you have standard warranty, then probably not for a single dead pixel. - I don't know as I've not dealt myself with a dead pixel, but in any case I'd suggest contacting support and see what they say. Also check the warranty terms as it may specify there as well.
