Surface Book 2 Cursor Freeze?

I have a Surface Book 2 with an Nvidia 1050 GTX graphics card. I've had this laptop for almost 2 years and just started experiencing this problem. The cursor will freeze randomly, sometimes for a couple seconds and sometimes for up to a minute or 2. It happens mainly when I pick my laptop and move it around. It usually freezes for a couple seconds when I plug into the USB or plug in headphones, but when I pick it up it will continue to go off as if I plugged something. Right now, it's stationary and not having any problems but I can't move it even slightly otherwise it will freeze again and will repeatedly show alerts that I plugged something. However, the touch screen works perfectly throughout all these troubles. Please help? I want to avoid having to buy a new keyboard, as those run around $500 minimum.
