Organisation dependent on specific user
Hi,
following case:
I created an OKR Organisation. So I'm the "creater" and one of two "owner"s.
Unfortunately I had only a test license. This lead to deactivation of my Viva Goals access. In the meantime the whole OKR Organisation was not reachable, viewable, usable for anyone else.
Of course I now got a "normal" Viva Goals license. But we fear that in case of something happening to my account (many possible scenarios) may lead to the whole OKR-Organisation being non functional.
How can we prevent this? How can we make the OKR Organisation user-independent?
Thanks, Regards,
Jonathan

Hi JonathanSeibel, the status of any licensed user will not impact the organisation. Viva Goals admins are able to manage the organisation from the admin portal. You can read more here: Viva Goals admin portal | Microsoft Learn
- JonathanSeibelCopper ContributorHi aarushiarora,
thanks for your answer. I checked that and it seems like we have more than one Owner in the organisation. But what I got as error message said that "the organisation was deactivated because the test license of the owner ran out", even though we hat at least 2 owners.
I am the only one mentioned as "creator". Thats why I thought, that that might be the reason for deactivation.- JonathanSeibelCopper Contributor
