MicrosoftHi JonathanSeibel, the status of any licensed user will not impact the organisation. Viva Goals admins are able to manage the organisation from the admin portal. You can read more here: Viva Goals admin portal | Microsoft Learn

thanks for your answer. I checked that and it seems like we have more than one Owner in the organisation. But what I got as error message said that "the organisation was deactivated because the test license of the owner ran out", even though we hat at least 2 owners.
I am the only one mentioned as "creator". Thats why I thought, that that might be the reason for deactivation.- aarushiaroraThank you for the additional context, can you please report this issue to Microsoft Support team via your admin, so that they can quickly investigate and help with the resolution?
