Multiple Users With Same Phone Number (inbound and outbound)

We are trying to convert from Vonage for Business to Skype for business.  We have 3 phone users and this is turning into a headache.

 

How do I have 1 company phone number that rings all users and when any user dials out, it uses that same 1 phone number?

 

Each of the above stated users have their own direct extension / direct phone number, yet when they call out it still looks like it is coming from the 1 company phone number. (in Vonage).

 

Can anyone shed some light on what I am missing here with skype?

      I did all of the steps involved inside of this article and successfully created and assigned caller Id to users, BUT... it doesn't work...  When I call a cell phone or any other phone, it is not triggering the policy! :(

      The link that you sent me is false.  No matter what angle I take in Powershell the CallerIDPolicy does not change to anything other than "Null" or "0".

       

      When it is set to "0" (a custom policy) I cannot call out from my polycomm at all.

       

      Any help on that?  I really need one Phone number for every outbound call made, it is a branding thing.

      Thank you for the microsoft link I will load up powershell and try that.

       

      As far as the preview features (AA) and (the un-released Call Queue) I already have access to those and it just adds a layer of complexity to my clients to reach us.  If you have them hit 0 when they call it can only rings one user's phone.  I need it to ring all users phones at the same time.

       

      Will the call queue address this when it is released?
