SPMT (sharepoint migration tool) - install works fine but unable to load the app

It seems that the App was created by a 'Begginer DEV' since there is no way to debug what kind of issue could be blocking the run. That App was working few days ago. No entries on Windows Event Viewer or a .LOG file to debug.
