I occasionally receive news posted on Sharepoint as "news you may have missed" automatically. The conditions (when and how) are specified in this link below, but I would like to know something specific.

1. What is the timing of the delivery of the news I missed ( how many days after the delivery? What is the difference in the number of days?)
2. It seems that sometimes they are sent and sometimes they are not, what is the difference?
3. How is the mailing address determined?
