Sharepoint update issues

I have multiple SharePoint lists which I use daily, recently these lists stopped updating and the only way I found to get them to update is kill the SharePoint process in task manager, however, there is one particular list which then gives me the threshold error as it is over 115k records. This list is not the only one over the 5k threshold but it is the only one affected, this only affects me, everyone else in my team is able to use the SharePoint as normal. This was never a problem before but I cleared browser cache and this all started. Any ideas how to get it working again? (I have tried logging in on a different computer too but it seems to be my account.
