Sharepoint Site List - 'Find an item' function not working
Hello Team,
Greetings!!
When we are trying to search any item in list, unable to get any result and error is showing that " Some items might be hidden. include these in your search "
Moreover we have checked all setting but did not get any luck. Please update us asap. Please find the attached error screenshot.

Few thoughts:
- The default setting in a list is to allow all items to be searched. Verify this setting under Advanced Settings -> Search.
- Also check to make sure you have access to the items and they are not being security trimmed.
- Is your search center setup properly? By default it will search the entire tenant to include your list/site collection.

- Looks like that item was just created, did you give time for index? What if you search an older item same issue?
- these are new migrated sites so unable to find item in list. but search is working in another document library. Search is not working for older and newer items.

Few thoughts:

- 1.i have checked all list setting under advanced setting--default setting is yes.
2.no there is no security trimming enabled.
3. yes all configured properly.

- Have you created managed properties for your custom list columns? If the answer is not, you need to create them in order to be able to search by list column content
- How can we create managed properties please advise.
