SharePoint Online Map as Network Drive

Hello Everyone,

I have issue with few customers , we mapped Document Library as Network Drive (we Configure the Site as Trusted Sites, Check the "Keep Me login".. etc..)

when users browse to sub folders in the Library sometimes they get Empty folders when go back or Press F5 the Content Show , but continue browsing and come back to the folders and again it's not show (they have permission and in the WEB it's all look fine), sometimes we suddenly get " Address Bar is currently unavailable

it's not consist - so we can't troubleshooting it - happen in few folders and sometimes in other

Any Idea?

Thanks,

Nati

  • Is there a reason why you're not using OneDrive to sync the content, or even the "Files on Demand" feature of Windows 10 Fall Creators Update?
Mapping a network drive to SharePoint Online has never been a good experience for the users.

Agree with that, but the problem is that some folks feel very comfortable using mapped network drives and don't "grok" the idea of Sync Client apps. (and in this case when the sync client for "SharePoint" is called "Onedrive" it is easy to give them the benefit of the doubt).

A fine third-party solution is, in my experience, Zee Drive.
