Sharepoint Online - external user

Hello, I have some folders shared with users external to my organization. 
The external user cannot delete individual files but when they are 2 or more files.
The error message when trying to delete a file is the following: "Token request previously failed".

any idea of solution

@Kaztel Do visit the admin portal and try adding the user as a Guest user to the tenant.

The external user should receive an invitation email that needs to be approved.

Do inform the external user to use an In-private browser to reproduce the issue by deleting the files.
