SharePoint Online Calendar Extract all Recurring Events

Has anyone figured out a method to extract all the instances of recurring events from a SharePoint calendar to Excel, or to another SharePoint list? Recurring events are stored as a single ID/item. The individual instances can be displayed in a read-only list by with out-of-the-box options, but these are not actual items that can be exported, nor can the fields such as "RecurrenceID" or "RecurrenceData" be accessed externally, such as with Microsoft Power Automate.

Could this be done with SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, PowerApps, or some code snippets inserted into a web part?
