Sharepoint Item shows to user who entered only (Missing for all other users, including admin)

AgoraEP Try below suggestions:
- Login using Site collection administrator (SCA) account (not site owners) & check if you can see all list items
- Double check if item level permissions are enabled from List settings > Advanced settings
- Check if any filters are applied in list view settings.
- Item level permissions might be applied programmatically (for example - power automate flow)
