We happened to set default language setting to Japanese for some of the Sharepoint Site. Because of this, notification emails such as approval of new members registration or access to the specific files/folder/contents comes in Japanese, which is unfortunately made difficult to non-Japanese speakers approvers when they receive emails.
They struggle whether the approval emails are legit or phishing emails. Wondering if Microsoft can make enhancement?
