Removing SPFx apps - no remove option appears
the modern page experience still has some pitfalls.
when working with SPFx apps you will want to 'Remove' an app from a site. It should be straight forward. Go to site contents, open context menu for the app item and you will be offered the 'Remove' option which uninstalls it from the site.
But
on modern page experience there seems to be a glitch whereby the 'remove' option will not appear. Temporary workaround is to switch contents page to classic view and then the option will reappear. then when done, switch it back. far from ideal so lets hope they get that one tidied up.

Thanks for posting! Couldn't figure out how to do it. Unfortunately, in my case, after clicking Remove it looked like it was working, but got stuck. In the site contents page, the app i'm trying to remove is greyed out and it keeps saying "We're removing your app ...". so far, it's been about 20 minutes.
THIS JUST IN >>> If I had waited a little more, I wouldn't have written this because it actually finished soon after I started writing. So just be aware that this could take longer that you might expect, but it did finish eventually.
